TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL 301-627-3707
We truly appreciate a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service, as we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late.
Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have, so that we can better accomodate you.
Single Process and Highlights/Lowlights
A single process service and highlights/lowlights does not include an additional glaze. If you wish to add-on a glaze to your single process and/or highlights/lowlights, please speak with your colorist and your glaze will be applied for an additional fee of $15.
Toner / Clear Glaze / Color Glaze
The services are $15 only if having your color, highlights/lowlights done in the salon.
Products and Services
Due to the nature of our products and services, no refunds will be granted on products and services.
Salon Correction
Any service correction must be within 24 hours of initial service. If the 24-hour period falls on a day the salon is closed, the service correction will be done the next day the salon is open.
Referral Program

Pets Policy
Sorry, pets are not permitted in the salon. While we would love to meet your precious pets, please consider the allergies of our guests.
Methods of Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash. No personal checks accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card sales.
There is an additional $2 fee for all credit and debit card transactions.
Gratuity / Tips
Gratuity/Tips is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients. Please be aware that gratuities can be charged to your credit card if you prefer.
